VIS KM-12 Polylithic Upper w/Keymod (M16A5)
The Vltor VIS KM-12 Polylithic Upper is the same upper that was used on the M16A5 concept submission for the Marine Corps. The KM-12 is a polylithic upper, where the upper and handguard are physically fused together, creating a rigid, one piece system. The VIS features keymod slots to mount your preferred accessories, and a standard 1913 rail up top for optics and accessories. The bottom of the VIS is removable and allows the user to install a standard AR-15 barrel. The removable bottom piece also allows for the installation of an M203.
