RE-10/A5SR A5 Buffer Tube
The VLTOR RE-10/A5SR is a 6-position A5 buffer tube built to run the VLTOR A5 buffer system on AR-15 platform rifles. This receiver extension is the foundation of any A5 build.
The A5 buffer tube is longer than a traditional M4 receiver extension, which is what allows the longer A5 buffer and rifle-length spring to work together. It accepts Mil-Spec dimensioned M4/AR-15 type collapsible stocks.
This buffer tube can also be used as a replacement receiver extension on AR-10 rifles.
