Vickers Tactical Extended Slide Stop for Glock
An extended slide stop for Glock pistols, developed by Vickers Tactical. Precision stamped and formed from 4130 chrome moly steel with a hard coat finish.
The Problem With Both Extremes
The factory Glock slide stop is small, which makes it awkward to release the slide quickly, particularly with gloves on.
Many extended slide stops overcorrect. If the lever sits too far out, your thumb rides it during firing and the slide locks back on a round still in the magazine.
The VTSS came out of extensive prototyping aimed at that middle ground: enough surface to release positively, not so much that it locks prematurely.
The Thumb Pad
Reshaped with deep serrations, so the release works even with gloves on. The non-glare black hard coat finish keeps it from catching light.
