SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

 Note that if your billing and shipping addresses are different, we will ask for identification in order to verify you are the rightful owner of the card before we can ship your order (unless it was previously verified).   If you're unwilling to provide proof, we will not be able to complete the order.  We apologize for any inconvenience the additional security measure causes. 

 We accept returns on stocked products within 30 days of purchase so long as the item is in new condition and in the original packaging. All purchases subject to our return policy

  •  Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.
  •  If you are unhappy with your purchase, Items can be returned if they are in New and Unopened Condition
  •  If products are Open/Used, the return may be denied or subject to a 20% restocking fee depending on the specific circumstance 
  •  We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.
  •  Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 45 days  of receipt of the item. 
  •  After your Return is Received, please allow 5-7 Business Days to issue the Refund
