SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Note that if your billing and shipping addresses are different, we will ask for identification in order to verify you are the rightful owner of the card before we can ship your order (unless it was previously verified). If you're unwilling to provide proof, we will not be able to complete the order. We apologize for any inconvenience the additional security measure causes.
We accept returns on stocked products in New, Unopened Condition within 15 days of purchase for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee.
*Please Note that we do not have a physical storefront. All returns must be approved beforehand and shipped to the address provided via email
*Note that items purchased under the Garage Sale tab are excluded from any returns. Items that are sold as blemished, on sale, etc are also not eligible for return
- Start the return process within 15 days of receiving your item by emailing us at [email protected]
- Items must be returned in original, factory sealed packaging
- Shipping costs are not refunded during a return
- Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 30 days of receipt of the item.
- After your Return is Received, please allow 5-7 Business Days to issue the Refund back to the Original Payment method!
