PEAK Fixed Front Sight
A fixed front iron sight machined from 7075-T6 billet, adjustable for elevation. Sold individually.
The Sight Post
The post is CNC machined to the correct width for a 15 inch sight radius, non-rotating so adjustment is finer, and flat faced to eliminate highlight bias.
Elevation adjusts manually at 0.5 MOA per click, which matches the adjustment increment on most red dot sights.
Built for a 15 Inch Sight Radius
Carbine length rifles are the norm now, but most fixed iron sights still use components dimensioned for the M16A2's 20 inch sight radius. PEAK sights are designed around a modern 15 inch radius instead, which is what the post width is cut for.
Profile and Material
The profile is streamlined with no protruding levers or knobs, so there is nothing to rap your knuckles on or catch on clothing and gear.
Every PEAK sight is CNC milled from 7075-T6 billet, which costs more than 6061-T6 and machines harder, and is used here for the better mechanical properties.
You Will Need a Rear Sight
PEAK sights are sold individually. The matching PEAK fixed rear sight handles windage adjustment.
