REVIVAL DEFENSE RETURNS
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns on stocked products in new, unopened condition within 15 days of purchase for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee.
Please note: we do not have a physical storefront open to the public. All returns must be approved beforehand and shipped to the address provided via email.
Blemished, closeout, or "Garage Sale" items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
- Start the return process within 15 days of purchase by emailing [email protected]
- Items must be returned in original, factory-sealed packaging
- Shipping costs are not refunded during a return
- Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 30 days of the date you originally received the item
- After your return is received, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be issued to the original payment method
DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, that's on us. These situations are not subject to the restocking fee or return shipping costs. Email [email protected] with your name, order number, and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right.
For items damaged in transit, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier.
