Rearden SPB SR25 Muzzle Brake - KAC SR25 / M110
Designed Specifically for the Knight's Armament SR25 / M110, the SPB SR25 from Rearden features the 3/4x24 Thread Pitch found on KAC SR25/M110 Rifles. Because of the less common 3/4x24 Thread Pitch of the SR25, typically suppressor choices are extremely limited. The SPB is a fantastic option for those using an SR25 who want to use their rifles with a Rearden Atlas, Atlas Xl, Atlas Helios QD or Plan B Compatible suppressor, vastly expanding the options for suppressors.
About the Devices
Rearden muzzle devices feature the Atlas/Plan B suppressor mounting system that utilizes a combination of a taper and external threads. This system provides a repeatable and reliable suppressor mount that doesn’t add unnecessary weight, weight, or potential failure points with mechanical locks and latches.
Features
Muzzle Brake
The SPB SR25 is a single chamber muzzle brake that reduces felt recoil and also serves as a sacrificial blast baffle inside of suppressors.
Rearden Atlas & Plan B Compatible Suppressor Mount
All Rearden muzzle devices are compatible with the Rearden Atlas, Atlas XL, Atlas Helios QD and Plan B Suppressor Mounts.
Finish Options
Rearden Muzzle devices and Atlas’ are available in both a Heat Treat (gold) and a Nitride finish (black). The Nitride finish does lend itself to a tighter seal. Finishes on the muzzle device and adapter do not have to match (i.e. you can use a heat treat muzzle device with a nitride Atlas, etc. It will all still function)
Wrench Flats
Rearden muzzle devices are equipped with rear mounted wrench flats, allowing you to properly torque your muzzle device during installation and remove it should it ever get stuck or carbon locked.

FAQ
Q: What size wrench do I need to install the Rearden SPB SR25?
The Rearden SPB SR25 and all Rearden Muzzle Devices are equipped with 13/16” wrench flats. Although this sizing is not common along most muzzle devices/armorer's wrenches, a simple 13/16” crowfoot wrench can be purchased online for cheap.
Q: Is the SPB SR25 long enough to Pin and Weld?
While almost any muzzle device can be pinned and welded, these “short” Rearden devices would require a barrel length of ~15.1” to comfortably bring this device over over the 16” that most folks are aiming to achieve with a pinned and welded muzzle device. The “long” rearden muzzle devices such as the R2C and R2 will bring a 14.5” barrel over 16” when pinned and welded.
