The ShockCollar is designed to simplify and enhance the mounting process of the ScopeCap and LightCap. The ShockCollar is a locking ring with eyelets that fit the shock cord included with your LightCap or ScopeCap that eliminate the need for ranger bands. This drastically increases the ease of changing batteries on your light with a LightCap installed or actuating the rotating head on the SureFire Vampire Scout Lights. For LPVO users, the ShockCollar allows free range of motion for magnification adjustment, preventing binding.
