The RD® HUB-B Ti is a Lightweight, Titanium HUB Compatible Plan B Suppressor Adapter. Designed to accept our RF Muzzle Devices and other Plan B devices and securely mount into a HUB Compatible Suppressor.

Design
The RD® HUB-B was developed to address a core weakness of HUB (1.375×24) suppressor systems identified through extensive personal use. While HUB mounts offer excellent modularity and have been widely adopted by many manufacturers, overall system reliability is heavily dependent on correct end user installation. Inconsistent torque application and improper installation can create critical failure points within the system.
The HUB-B provides a compact, lightweight mounting solution that enables precise and repeatable torque application using a standard armorer’s wrench. By incorporating Revival Defense’s patent pending Castle-Lock System™, users can engage dedicated castle nut notches or wrench flats to apply accurate and consistent torque values without the need for proprietary tools.
In addition, Revival Defense collaborated with Forward Controls Design to develop dedicated support tools that interface with all Castle-Lock equipped RD HUB mounts. The JSW Joint Suppressor Wrench features a muzzle device wrench on one side and a 1 5/16 inch wrench interface on the other, allowing engagement of flats for installation in confined spaces. This is especially useful when installing RD HUB-DT direct thread adapters. The DPW Dual Purpose Wrench combines a muzzle device wrench with a castle nut wrench, enabling torque application through the integral Castle-Lock notches and also allowing proper installation and torquing of a castle nut on AR-15 and AR-10 rifles.
This system ensures the suppressor is installed securely, allowing it to function as close to an integral QD mount as possible while retaining the modularity of the HUB ecosystem. The result is a robust and user friendly mounting interface that maintains minimal overall length and low weight, without sacrificing repeatability or reliability.
User friendly, function first design features were also incorporated, including chamfered edges to reduce snag hazards (a design input from our friends at FCD) and a machined shoulder at the base of the flats. This shoulder provides a direct and repeatable interface with standard 1 5/16 inch wrenches, allowing proper installation and removal without reliance on improvised tools.
