Dual RAMP — Angled ModButton Mount
The Dual RAMP, or Remote Angled ModButton Platform, is a mounting solution for two Modlite ModButton Lite switches. Compatible with both the light and laser plug models.
Finding the Right Button
Two flat switches side by side feel identical under your thumb. In the dark, under gloves, or with your attention elsewhere, that is a problem.
The Dual RAMP angles the two buttons in opposing directions with a gap between them, so you can tell which is which by feel alone. Based on the Insight Dual Switch layout.
Same Rail Space
The Dual RAMP has the exact same rail footprint as two ModButton Lites mounted separately, so the ergonomic improvement costs you no additional handguard real estate.
One Switch or Two?
Running a light and a laser, or a light and an IR illuminator, means two switches. That is what this is for.
For a single switch, the standard RAMP angles one ModButton Lite at 30 degrees.
