RCP Picatinny Rail Cover
The RCP (Rail Cover, Picatinny) is a 1913 rail cover carrying the Forward Controls AA all angles dimpled texture. Polymer construction, available in four lengths.
The AA Surface
The AA dimpled pattern is the same one Forward Controls uses on their bolt catches, magazine releases, and forward assists. It gives equal traction from any angle of approach, which is what you want on a handguard where your hand lands differently every time.
Compared to bare Picatinny, it is a larger and considerably more comfortable surface to hold.
Installation
The RCP uses the same intuitive locking method found on TangoDown's SCAR panels, so installation is quick and needs no tools.
Running an M-LOK handguard instead? The MCF-A is the aluminum M-LOK rail cover with the same AA surface.
