What is the ABC/R v3?
The FCD ABC/R V3 ( Augmented Bolt Catch / Release) is a robust bolt catch with a much larger top and lower paddle, making activation much easier, The ABC/R v3 makes accessing the lower paddle of the bolt catch much easier when using an ambidextrous magazine catch, due to both the larger size and the increased 10 degree protrusion. The top paddle is much larger than a standard Milspec bolt catch, with both dimpled and serrated variants, the surface texture and size aid in reloads. The ABC/R v3 is machined from Alloy Steel and Heat Treated
