A complete, drop in ready hard chrome bolt carrier group pairing the Centurion V2 bolt with the Sandcutter carrier. For 5.56, .223, and 300BLK.
Buffer Weight
The dual ejectors require more unlocking pressure than a single ejector bolt, so you may need to step down one or two buffer weights for reliable function. This applies most to unsuppressed setups.
Worth knowing before you install it and start diagnosing a rifle that was running fine yesterday.
Barrel Extension Compatibility
Compatible with standard mil-spec AR-15 barrel extensions and Centurion Arms T marked barrels.
Not compatible with Knights Armament E3 extensions. For an E3 barrel, the E4 ETB bolt is the correct part, paired with a C4 Sandcutter carrier.
The V2 Bolt
A revised body profile puts a larger radius between the bolt lugs and the body, spreading pressure across more material rather than concentrating it where lugs typically fail. The lug profile itself stays standard, which is why it drops into mil-spec extensions.
Dual ejectors rotate the case off the bolt face faster than one can, which matters on a suppressed rifle, an over-gassed rifle, or one that moves between suppressed and unsuppressed.
The bolt carries a lifetime guarantee against breakage.
The Sandcutter Carrier
Full auto weight V1 8620 steel, fully hard chrome finished, with relief cuts along the carrier rails that give debris somewhere to go rather than packing into the clearance between carrier and receiver.
The gas key is chromed, chrome lined, and heat treated per the TDP, secured with OCKS carrier key screws and staked during final inspection. All critical dimensions meet or exceed Technical Data Package requirements.
