Barrel Extension Compatibility
The E4 ETB fits Centurion Arms T marked barrels and Knights Armament E3 extensions. It will not fit mil-spec barrel extensions.
Check your barrel before ordering. If you are running a standard mil-spec extension, the V2 bolt is the one you want. It drops into any mil-spec extension and also works in Centurion T marked barrels.
The Lug Radius
Bolt lugs fail where they meet the body, because that transition concentrates stress. The E4 uses a revised body profile with a larger radius at that junction, spreading pressure across more material rather than focusing it at a corner.
Dual Ejectors
Two ejectors rotate the case off the bolt face faster than one can. That matters most on a suppressed rifle, on a rifle that is over-gassed, or on one that moves back and forth between suppressed and unsuppressed and has to handle both gas curves.
Standard Parts
The E4 uses standard gas rings and standard extractors with black inserts, running either Colt OEM extractor springs or upgraded 5 coil chrome silica stress relieved springs.
It does not require a proprietary firing pin or cam pin, so your existing parts carry over. Centurion makes both if you want to match them: the cam pin and the firing pin.
