Offset Optic Mount
The Arisaka offset optic mount features a patented, modular mounting system allowing for a user-selectable 35 or 45 degree offset optic.
By simply reversing the stem between the optic plate and base during assembly, this changes the offset degree to allow for either a 35 degree offset (ideal for slimmer, smaller scopes) or a 45 degree for additional clearance around wider turrets.
Offset optics are a great choice for shooters running a magnified optic like an LPVO or scope. They allow a quick roll to a 1x sight without breaking your cheek weld, keeping transitions fast. Many shooters, ourselves included, favor offsets on scoped rifles equipped with a laser rangefinder above the optic. This setup provides a complete secondary aiming system that’s independent of the scope base and gives you a dedicated 1x option for close engagements.
The Arisaka offset mount is completely modular allowing users to select the appropriate plate for their optic, and order separate plates down the line if you change or upgrade your optic.
Plate Height: The standard height plates are suitable for 1.5” to 1.8” scope mounts. The tall plates are suitable for 1.9” to 2.2” height scope mounts.
